Two more stratagems added to Helldiver's 2, so they're added here as well:

- Added Heavy Machine Gun stratagem

- Added Quasar Cannon stratagem

Let me know if the game crashes on opening the pause menu, I maaaay have borked something with the way the game checks save data to see what stratagems are/aren't enabled, but it's hard to check on my machine. Just in case, I'm leaving 1.0.1 available for download for now.
